Culpeper Mid-Day Lions Club bingo will resume on Sunday, September 13 at Pepper’s 791 Madison Rd. Doors open at 4:30 with Early Birds beginning at 6:30. Attendance is limited by occupancy regulations, so come early. Be sure to read the attached document with the Covid 19 rules. Pepper’s will not be serving food during bingo at this time. If you are experiencing the following symptoms, please stay home:
Self-screen before entering our building. If you are displaying any symptoms of corona virus, please do not enter. Anyone displaying symptoms during the game of bingo will be asked to leave the bingo hall.
All players must wear face masks or coverings over their mouth and nose. We will have masks for sale.
Temperature checks will be taken before entry is permitted and disinfectant hand sanitizer will be available. At this time, you will receive a packet containing the program, rules, order sheet and a number. You will then proceed into the bingo hall and select your seat and wait for your number to be called to purchase your bingo supplies
Courtesy will be shown to other bingo players and the volunteer workers.
Cell phones and electronic devices must be turned off or silenced.
Only paying players are permitted in the bingo hall. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted.
Chairs and tables in the Bingo Hall are not to be moved by the players.
The Bingo Hall opens at 4:30 PM, and not before, on bingo days.
Seats may not be saved. Only the number of chairs placed at tables may be occupied, as placed.
Before leaving the cashier area, please make sure that you have the correct number of packs, your admission ticket, and the correct change. No adjustments will be made after you have left the cashier.
No soiled/sweaty or wet currency will be accepted.
Wash or disinfect hands before and after any interaction with workers or other customers in the hall.
All bingo players are playing at their own risk.
Compliance with social distancing and other pandemic rules is expected. Anyone not complying with the rules, which will be strictly enforced, will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
